Description

Safety Suspension Stirrup to prevent trauma from an arrested fall. 9501403. A casualty suspended from a fall in a harness can quickly succumb to suspension trauma or Orthostatic Intolerance which is left untreated can be very serious and even cause death. The Suspension Trauma Safety Stirrup prevents that by allowing the conscious victim to insert his feet in the released stirrups and effectively stand until he is rescued, mitigating against suspension trauma.

The system is compact and lightweight.
Can be quickly and easily attached to a SALA or other full body harnesses of other harness styles.
The stirrups are easily removable from the harness.
The stirrups fold away into to 2 tiny pouches each side of the harness.
Made from 19mm wide, Webbing nylon. The dimensions are 57mm x 38mm. Maximum individual weight capacity is 145kg and the net Weight of the strps are 92g.
